Chapati/Flatbread Preparation:

Rotis:

• Chapatti Atta can be used to make various types of Indian flatbreads, including rotis. Roll out the dough into a thin, round shape and cook on a griddle until it puffs up and gets golden brown spots.

Parathas:

• You can also use Chapatti Atta to make stuffed parathas. Fill the rolled-out dough with a stuffing of your choice (such as spiced potatoes or paneer), seal it, and cook it on a griddle.

Puris:

• Chapatti Atta can be used for making puris. Roll out small portions of the dough into rounds and deep-fry them until they puff up and turn golden brown.
